What to Check Before You Order Backpacks
- Laptop compartment size. Confirm the sleeve against the laptop sizes your market actually carries — most buyers now expect 15.6″ to fit.
- Back panel and straps. Padded straps and a breathable back panel are the two features buyers check first in reviews.
- USB port. A USB port is a pass-through only. Decide in advance whether you will supply the power bank or leave that to the end customer.
- Packed carton weight. Heavier backpacks raise freight per unit. Ask for the packed carton weight and CBM before you calculate landed cost.

Wholesale Backpack Sourcing FAQ
Which price band should I start with?
If you sell on marketplaces, start with the entry band under US$4.00. If you sell to companies, the mid and premium bands carry the USB ports, trolley sleeves and water-repellent finishes corporate buyers ask for.
What is the MOQ?
50 pieces for ready stock, and you can mix and match styles to reach it. Custom orders start at 300 pieces per style; where the construction changes, expect 300–500 pieces and a price quoted per project.
Can I put my own logo on a ready-stock bag?
Logo printing is quoted separately and starts at US$0.10 per piece. Ready stock is supplied without a logo. If you also need a Pantone-matched colour, the order moves into the custom band — colour matching starts at 500 pieces per colour.
What is not included in the price?
All prices are EXW China, per piece, in USD. The standard export carton is included. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are not, and logo printing is quoted separately.
