What to Check Before You Order In-Stock Backpacks
- Confirm stock first. Ready-stock colourways can sell out. Send us the model list and we will hold the quantities you need before you quote your own customer.
- Mixed cartons are fine. You can mix styles in one shipment to reach the 50-piece MOQ — you do not have to commit to one model.
- Packed carton weight and CBM. Ask for both before you calculate freight; a heavier backpack changes your landed cost more than the unit price does.
- Move to custom once it sells. The same factory, carton and quality standard carry over into a custom order at 300–500 pieces.

Can you hold stock while I quote my own customer?
Yes — send us the model list and the quantities, and we will hold the ready-stock styles while you confirm the order.
What is the MOQ?
50 pieces for ready stock, and you can mix and match styles to reach it. Custom orders start at 300 pieces per style; where the construction changes, expect 300–500 pieces and a price quoted per project.
Can I put my own logo on a ready-stock bag?
Logo printing is quoted separately and starts at US$0.10 per piece. Ready stock is supplied without a logo. If you also need a Pantone-matched colour, the order moves into the custom band — colour matching starts at 500 pieces per colour.
What is not included in the price?
All prices are EXW China, per piece, in USD. The standard export carton is included. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are not, and logo printing is quoted separately.
